This notice explains how information submitted through the Teslak website is used for course enquiries, registration requests and student support.
What you provide
Depending on your enquiry, the form asks for learner contact details, course preferences, study arrangements and optional support needs. A registration may also require an age group, guardian details or payer contact details. Please do not submit identification documents, card details, passwords or medical records through these forms.
How information is used
Teslak uses submitted details to respond to your enquiry, assess course arrangements, process registration requests and communicate about your learning. Registration requests are recorded in the administration system. Authorised staff and the service providers operating the website may process the information needed for these purposes.
Guardian and payer information
Share another person’s details only with their permission. A parent or guardian provides authorisation when registering a child or learner in their care.
WhatsApp and social platforms
Opening a WhatsApp or social link takes you to another service. Information you send there is handled by that service as well as the recipient. A form submission and a WhatsApp message are separate actions.
Questions or correction requests
Contact Teslak using the email or phone details below to ask about your submitted information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Give your registration reference if available, and avoid including sensitive documents in an initial message.
Campaign information
If you arrive through a labelled campaign link, this website keeps the campaign labels and landing page in browser session storage for this tab. It does not create a visitor identifier. The labels are sent to Teslak with an enquiry you choose to submit, helping the team understand where enquiries came from. No Google Analytics or advertising tracking tag is currently installed.
