Start at the right level
Tell us whether you are a complete beginner or have studied before, and what you want to achieve. We will guide you towards an appropriate level, timetable and learning arrangement.
Beginner A1
For Kenyan learners taking German, French, Spanish, General English or General Kiswahili. The standard A1 course runs for 3 months. A2, B1 and B2 are also available; ask us about the right level and current fee.
Assessment and completion
Teslak uses Continuous Assessment Tests (CATs) and Random Assessment Tests (RATs) to monitor progress and identify areas needing support. Learners complete the applicable end-of-course assessment. Successful learners receive a Teslak Certificate of Completion. For standard local programmes, these assessments and the Teslak certificate are included in the course fee.
External examination guidance
For Spanish, the relevant pathway is DELE; SIELE where appropriate. We guide learners to the appropriate external examination and assist with booking and registration. External examination fees, eligibility, dates and test-centre arrangements are separate and determined by the examining body.
